Country X Reader: A Little Misfit (Germany)

Halfway down the hall you heard footsteps behind you and turned around to see......

…..Germany........

Your stomach clenched. 'Oh no, not Germany!' you thought.

Everyone knew who Germany was. He was the toughest, strictest, most uninviting person you'd ever meet. You sure as hell didn't want him picking on you. You thought it couldn't get any worse.

He blushed a little bit and said "Um, hello frau. I, um, heard you freak out, and I, um, vanted to make sure you vere okay...."

You gave a frightened nod.

Still blushing he said "You can tell me, frau. I promise, I von't be mean. Nien, not at all. But if you really vant me to go, zen I guess I can, I vas just vorried about you. I don't vant to see you so upset."

You didn't trust him not one bit. Afraid of your fate, you turned and ran down the hall as fast as you could, running form the big German man.

"Frau, vait!"  you heard him shout behind you and then you heard him start to run after you.

You felt him grab you wrist and you both lost balance and fell to the floor.

You landed right on top of him.

You had to admit, being this close to him made you see how handsome he really was. You blushed fiercely and got up as fast as you could.

He got up after you and said nervously "I'm so sorry frau, I just vanted to talk to you, I thought if you let it all out to someone, then maybe you would veel better...."'

He trailed off and looked sad.

Then he said "I've probably done enough for today. I'm sorry. I'll just go now...."

He turned to walk away and you grabbed his hand. Thankfully neither of you fell this time.

Your (e/c) eyes locked with his striking blue ones and you almost fainted at the sight of them. They were the most beautiful eyes you'd ever seen on a man.

You said "I'm sorry Ludwig. I just thought you would try to pick on me too."

He suddenly pulled you into a tight embrace and cooed to you "It's okay (y/n) just talk to me about it and I'm sure you'll veel better."

Starting to cry, you did let it out. All of it.

You hugged him tightly and cried "Oh Lud, why are they so awful? What did I do wrong? They tease me, and beat me, and mock me! Hell! Even my family beats me! I can never go anywhere safe! Someone always finds me and figures out some new way to break me! I wish I could just DIE!"

You continued to sob in his arms. He did his best to hush you, and eventually it worked.

He said "I'll protect you (y/n). No vone messes vith me, so if you're around me I promise you'll alvays be safe."

"Oh, thank you!" you cried in joy.

He said lovingly "Anyzing for you frau."

He closed the space between you with a hard (yet some how sweet) passionate kiss.

You were more than happy to kiss back, and for the first time in your life, you felt truly happy.
